This Refund Policy explains how InnInk Limited ("InnInk", "we") handles refunds for Vyxelon subscription fees and usage charges. It should be read alongside our Terms of Service.
Vyxelon is billed on a monthly subscription plus usage-based overage model — see our Pricing page for current rates. This policy explains what's refundable and what isn't.
Creating a Vyxelon account is free, so no refund applies to account creation itself. Your first charge occurs when you complete checkout for a paid plan; there is no separate free trial period.
Subscription fees are billed in advance for each monthly billing period and are non-refundable once that period has begun — including if you stop using the Service partway through the month, or downgrade mid-cycle. This reflects that hosting, model, and support costs for your account are committed for that period regardless of how much you use it.
Per-resolution overage charges are billed in arrears for resolutions your account has already consumed beyond your plan's included monthly allowance, and are non-refundable.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not refund the current billing period, and your account keeps access to the Service until the end of the period you've already paid for.
If the Service is unavailable or materially degraded for an extended period due to a fault on our side, contact us — at our discretion, we may issue a partial credit toward a future billing period. This section doesn't create any warranty beyond what's stated in our Terms of Service.
If you believe you've been charged in error — for example, charged twice, or for a plan you didn't select — contact us within 30 days of the charge and we'll investigate and correct any error, including a refund where appropriate.
Email hello@vyxelon.com with your account email and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect once posted here with a new effective date.
