This AI Disclaimer explains, in plain terms, that the chat, WhatsApp, or email conversation you're having was generated by Vyxelon's AI system on behalf of the business you contacted, not by a human member of that business's team, unless stated otherwise. It should be read alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Vyxelon is an AI customer support agent that businesses embed on their website, WhatsApp number, or support inbox. When you message a business that uses Vyxelon, your conversation may be answered automatically by Vyxelon's AI system, drawing on that business's own knowledge base (FAQs, policies, and website content they've provided), rather than by a person at that business.
Vyxelon reads your message, checks it against the business's knowledge base, and either answers directly or escalates the conversation to a human member of that business's team — for example, when the question is sensitive, the AI isn't confident in its answer, or the business's own settings require it. Escalated conversations are handed to a real person; you'll typically see a message letting you know a human is being brought in.
A business's team can take over any conversation directly — replying themselves through their own dashboard, or answering an escalation alert sent to them by email or WhatsApp. Once a person has replied, Vyxelon's AI steps back and lets that reply stand; it only picks the conversation back up once you send a new message, and even then a business can choose to keep a conversation fully in human hands. There isn't always a visual difference between an AI reply and a human reply beyond an explicit "connecting you with a human" message, so if you're ever unsure who or what you're speaking with, just ask — either the AI or a human on the other end can confirm.
Vyxelon's AI aims to give accurate, helpful answers based on the information the business has given it, but like any AI system it can occasionally misunderstand a question, rely on outdated information, or give an answer that turns out to be wrong. For anything important — an order, a payment, a legal or safety matter, or anything you're not fully confident about — we recommend confirming directly with a person at the business before relying on the answer.
Vyxelon's AI is a customer support tool, not a source of legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Nothing it says should be treated as such, regardless of the topic of your conversation.
Vyxelon's responses are generated using the business's own knowledge base content together with your message and the conversation so far, processed by a third-party AI language model provider. We don't use your conversations to train AI models for other businesses. See our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled, and our Data Processing Agreement for the terms businesses agree to when using Vyxelon to process their customers' data.
Each business using Vyxelon supplies and maintains its own knowledge base, business hours, and escalation settings. InnInk Limited operates the Vyxelon platform but isn't the business you're messaging, and isn't responsible for the accuracy of the business-specific information it's been given to work from. Questions about a specific answer are best directed to that business directly.

We may update this disclaimer from time to time as our AI system or applicable transparency requirements evolve. Changes take effect once posted here with a new effective date.
